At Elaaj Surgery Support, we strive to provide our patients with the highest level of satisfaction when using our online consultation services. We understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. Please review our refund policy outlined below:
Types of Service Charges We Collect:
- Consultation Fees to arrange an online consultation with surgeons from various hospitals.
- Consultation Fees to arrange a face to face consultation with surgeons from various hospitals.
- Booking amount to confirm a surgery at the hospital.
- Booking amount to arrange an ambulance or other healthcare services.
- Service charges to arrange an exclusive Patient Relationship Officer at the time of surgery.
Please note: We will never collect surgery charges. Kindly be informed that surgery and hospitalisation cost has to be paid the hospital only.
Eligibility for Refund:
Refunds will be considered under the following circumstances:
- If technical issues prevent the user from accessing the consultation or platform.
- If the consultation is canceled by the doctor or Elaaj team due to unforeseen circumstances.
- If a user accidentally purchases the same consultation multiple times.
Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of the consultation appointment time.
Non-Refundable Situations:
- Refunds will not be provided if the consultation has been completed.
- Refunds will not be provided if the consultation is canceled or postponed by the patient.
- No refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction with the doctor’s advice or diagnosis.
- Surgery token or full service charge in case of cancellation or failure or patient demise.
Requesting a Refund:
- To request a refund, patient must contact our customer support team via email at mukarram@elaajsupport.com or call 9515017555 within the stipulated 24-hour period.
- Provide the following details in your refund request:
- Patient’s Full name
- Mobile Number associated with the account
- Mode of payment along with transaction ID or screenshot.
- Consultation appointment details (date, time, and doctor’s name)
- Reason for the refund request
- Provide: banking details in below format : Full Name, Account Number, IFSC Code, Bank & Branch, Mobile Number
Refund Processing:
- Once the refund request is received, Clinicart Healthcare Consulting will review the request and determine its eligibility.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 1-30 business days to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- Please note that the processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.
Discretionary Measures:
- In exceptional cases or situations not explicitly mentioned in this policy, Clinicart Healthcare Consulting reserves the right to decide on refund eligibility at its discretion.
Changes to Refund Policy:
- Clinicart Healthcare Consulting retains the right to amend or update this refund policy without prior notice. Any changes made will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
